This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how much it costs and how long delivery takes. It applies to every order placed on eljudicial.com, including orders placed through the personal store of an affiliate.
Where we ship
At this moment we ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally yet. If an order is placed with a delivery address outside the United States we will contact you and cancel it with a full refund.
Shipping cost
- Flat shipping rate of 6.99 USD per order.
- Free shipping on orders of 69.99 USD or more, calculated on the product subtotal after discounts.
- Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown separately at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are prepared on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days once the parcel leaves our warehouse. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday starts processing on the next business day.
During launches, promotions or extreme weather events preparation may take a little longer. If a significant delay occurs we will inform you by email as soon as we know.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking number, and the same information is available in your account under your order history. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first movement, which is normal.
Delivery addresses
Please review your address carefully before confirming the order, including apartment, suite or unit number. We cannot modify an address once the parcel has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was able to receive it, we will contact you; sending it again requires paying the shipping rate a second time.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and with your building reception first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photographs within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Split shipments
Occasionally an order may travel in more than one parcel. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel and you will never be charged twice for shipping on the same order.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, write to us as soon as possible. We can normally help while the order has not been dispatched. Once it is on its way, the Return Policy applies.
